A business marketing graduate from California State University, Sacramento, Fernando dove into the real estate industry. He learned everything he could by studying the market, attending seminars, and turning his first home into an investment property. He also gained sales and construction experience at an industrial retail store. Armed with a broad network, investment experience, and industry knowledge, Fernando was ready to step into the spotlight as an agent.
